Bad breath could be caused by a cavity, but more often it is caused by a combination of gum disease and bacteria on the tongue. Floss after eating. Flossing is more important than brushing. Flossing will normally cause the gums to heal.

And every time you brush your teeth, brush your tongue. When you are done brushing your tongue, it should look red and healthy, not grey. And then use a good antiseptic mouthwash.

Now kiss me!
