Filed Under (Bad Breath (Halitosis)) by Tony Stai on 05-01-2009
Do you know any person who never emits bad breath? I mean, it is very difficult to keep your breath always fresh. But how can we make sure that our kissing needs are not disturbed due to bad breath. I know, oral hygiene is most important, but can you give me some tips how we can keep our breath fresh most of the time.

Kissing is nice… Oral hygiene is sometimes underrated. Tongue scrapers, flossing and thorough brushing will remove residues of food which gather bacteria (which smell). Mouth wash and sprays are just a temporary solution. Personally I smoke, i drink coffee and my breath is sort of a devils spawn sometimes. I take a "fishermans friend" before kissing. Try it.
