A super easy quick way to see a difference in your teeth color is using this cheap home recipe with items you have at home.
- Brush your teeth well before you do this.
- Get a Dixie cup and dump in a teaspoon of baking soda
- Next take a cap full (lid) of hydrogen peroxide.
-Mix them together with a normal tooth brush.
- Dab teeth with the mixture or areas you want brighten.
- After you do that for all your teeth, spit out and rinse with water.
- I take a wet wash cloth and clean my teeth.
- THen brush your teeth to get the taste out, drink plenty of water.

This a very quick simple way to brighten your smile. Never do this treatment more than like once a week or a couple times a month bc it can hurt your enamels and gums. If you see that your gums turn white after you finish, its normal just clean with a wash cloth also it just means the peroxide is killing germs.
