How many aspirin I need to stop toothache?

I'm 19 and I have horrible toothache so I even can't fall asleep.I took one pill of aspirin but it doesn't help.How can I stop this pain?

Well technically, you're supposed to take 2, but, sounds like you need to get to the dentist. If you don't want to do that, the most you can take in a day is 8.
